I just read The Maze Runner recently but I've been waiting for two years, then I was finally able to buy the complete set since it's always out of stock. Yeah, sucks right? To go back to the topic, I have to say this book is a must read, it's a very good book and when I say very, trust me you'll have no regrets unless sci-fi books aren't your genre.

In the book, Thomas wakes up with his memory wiped out but he can only remember his name. He's stuck in the Glade where there are 50-60 teenagers inside the Glade these teenagers are commonly called the Gladers. The Glade is surrounded by a giant Maze where vicious creatures with several mechanical arms known as Grievers who roam at night. There are the Doors surrounding the Maze to protect the Gladers from these creatures and these massive walls close every night. The day after Thomas arrived, a girl was sent to the Maze with a message "last one ever". The Gladers were excited and confused by her unexpected arrival since they were all boys and only one boy comes out of the box each month and not a girl.

That was just my brief summary of the first few parts of the book and don't worry you can read most of them at the back part of the book. James Dashner writes very well and my imagination has driven me crazy, it always happens once I really put my heart into the books that interest me. James has a lot of characters in his book and you can possibly love all of them and get heartbroken too. The plot of the story is very organized and there's just always a thrill since the first chapter. He is not a lousy writer since, he used to be an accountant but got bored of it since he didn't love his job and he decided to write a book which was the best thing he's ever done in this whole world. As I was saying, this is a very interesting book, so many characters to love, lots and lots of thrills and blood. I totally have no regrets when I bought this book and to end this, I hope I just made you want to read The Maze Runner but if not, fine then. I may not be a good writer but James is and if I did suck at making this since I'm not interesting just buy The Maze Runner and you'll thank me for writing this.
